1. How much does it cost or at least a rough idea of price?

Given that there are so many different furniture styles it is very difficult to give an accurate price without measuring your furniture. To get an accurate price for Reupholstery simply request your free home visit and one of our experienced home consultants….or for a quicker response send a picture of the item with the width, depth, and height of the piece to njeffers@jensoupholstery.com


2. Do you repair upholstery/furniture?

As a part of our Reupholstery Service we do tighten joints, replace broken springs, and webbing as necessary. This completely depends on the furniture and the condition it is in.


3. Can you reupholster a particular type of furniture?

With our Reupholstery Service Jenso believe we can transform any suite, sofa, or chair on the market. Your local consultant will assess your furniture and will highlight if they have any specific concerns. They can also advise which fabric styles and designs suit specific furniture types.


4. How long will my order take to complete?

This will vary depending on the time of year but the whole process can take 3.5-4 weeks in total. Sometimes a client may receive their pieces back sooner.


5. How long before I hear from the consultant?

As a company policy, our Home Consultants aim to be in contact within 48 hours.


6. Can I use my own fabric?

We do use customer’s own fabric (C.O.M) but there is a surcharge of $10 per yard. When you use your own fabric you forfeit your  6-Month craftmanship warranty.  All Jenso Upholstering Inc.’s fabric suppliers go through a stringent quality and safety checks and regulations.


7. Do You Pick Up And Deliver?

No, we don’t but we use FURNITURE TAXI PLUS  you can contact them directly 289.888.3196.


8. Can I Our Fabric From You For My DIY Project?

Definitely, you can come in and go through our large designer collection! Then you can place your order we will call when it is ready for pick up.


9. I HAVE A PIECE THAT NEEDS TO BE REUPHOLSTERED, WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF WORKING WITH JENSO UPHOLSTERING INC?

Firstly, you visit the REQUEST A QUOTE your fabric {and don’t worry, we help you select the right fabric for your space and lifestyle}.page on our site to send us a picture and measurements OR send to njeffers@jensoupholstery.com. If after we send you the approximate quote you wish to proceed you would make an appointment or call before coming to our showroom. Yes, We do help navigate you through the fabric selection process based on your style and personality. We do request a 50% deposit once that receives the deposit the job will commence. Some fabrics take longer than others to arrive, so we suggest scheduling the delivery of your piece after you have made your deposit so that everything goes on schedule. When your piece is near completion we will call you so you can organize the pick u of your piece or pieces. All pieces don’t leave the premises until the final payment is made.
